Breakfast in two minutes!

The Epicure silicone steamer is dishwasher safe! This makes me happy! On the weekend I made breakfast in two minutes! 2 eggs, a leftover baked potato(shredded), shredded cheese and some epicure smokey bacon topper. If my husband would have allowed me I would have added onions and peppers! I put two min on the microwave and out came a fluffy omelette:) I used the rectangular steamer but there is also a square steamer for larger portions.
